Specifications: B52 TBE Buffer (Tris-borate-EDTA) (10X) should be stored at room temperature. Each pack contains 1L of the buffer. For each electrophoresis fresh 1X buffer should be used. Buffer concentrate should be diluted to a working concentration of 1X before use.
