TriTrack DNA Loading Dye (6X) is used for conventional DNA electrophoresis. It includes three different dyes bromophenol blue, xylene cyanol FF and orange G for visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. It includes EDTA that binds divalent metal ions and inhibits metal dependent nucleases. No DNA masking during gel exposure to UV light . The dye is compatible to acrylamide Gels and agarose Gels.
