BHAT BIO-SCAN CHIKUNGUNYA IgM SPOT TEST is supplied by BHAT BIO-TECH.It is an immuno concentration based assay for the detection of IgM antibodies to chikungunya in human serum or plasma. Chikungunya is diagnosed based on IgM captured immuno assay utilizing recombinant antigens (E1 and E2) derived from its structural proteins, which are immobilized on a nitrocellulose membrane.It is an immuno concentration method based assay for the detection of IgM antibodies to Chikugunya in human serum or plasma. The Reagent box has to be stored at 2-8 C. It should not be freezed. Other contents of the kit to be stored at room temperature (25- 30C ). Reagents must be brought to room temperature prior to use. When not in use the reagent box should be returnes to 2- 8C.
