BHAT BIO-SCAN TYPHO WIDAL SLIDE TEST KIT is supplied by BHAT BIO-TECH.It is a Rapid slide test for qualitative and semiquantitative, in vitro determination of specific antibodies present in serum against Salmonella typhi 'O' & 'H' and Salmonella paratyphi A(H) & B(H) antigens. Killed Salmonella suspensions displaying the somatic 'O' and flagellar 'H' antigens agglutinate with the antibodies present in the serum of patients exposed to these organisms. The reagents must be stored at 2 to 8C. The reagents must not be used beyond the expiry date mentioned on it. Before performing the test all the reagents must be brought to room temperature. The reagents must be replaced to 0 2 to 8C soon after performing the test. The reagents must not be freezed.
