Bst DNA Polymerase, Large Fragment 8U/l for LAMP PCR (400 Units) is the portion of the Bacillus stearothermophilus (Bst) DNA Polymerase protein that contains the 53 polymerase activity, but lacks 53 exonuclease activity. The original polymerase for Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP). Enzyme provide strong strand displacement activity. The optimum temperature is from 60-65 C. Bst becomes heat inactivated at 80C.
