cDNA direct kit is a laboratory grade kit for synthesis of cDNA from mammalian cells. The cDNA can be used in cloning, Real Time PCR and other downstream applications. In cDNA direct Kit, cells are first washed with PBS to remove chemical and other contaminants. Lysis buffer is used for cell lysis and degradation of endogenous RNA. The kit contains the following components - 10X PBS, cDNA direct Lysis Buffer, DNaseI, cDNA direct RT mix, Reverse Transcriptase, RNase,Random Hexamer, Positive RNA control, Positive RNA primer pair, and Nuclease-free water. The kit can suffice for 20 preps of cDNA synthesis. Store the buffer at 4 degree Celsius for daily routine requirements or at - 20 degree Celsius for long term storage.
