Auras dNTP Mix (10mM) contains premixed equimolar solution of ultra-pure dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, at a final concentration of 10 mM (2.5 mM each dNTPs). The nucleotides have greater than 99% purity, are free of nuclease activities, human and E. coli DNA. Mixes offer the possibility to reduce the number of pipetting steps and the risk of reaction set up errors. They are designed for many different molecular biology applications.
