GenoDTech Dengue Real Time PCR kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on Real Time PCR technology, single tube reaction designed for qualitative detection of all four serotypes DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4 using the common gene target 3UTR in blood & plasma samples. The human RNaseP gene serves as an internal control. FAM & HEX based flurophore detection makes our kit sensitive, specific & compatible with commonly available PCR detection platforms.
