GenoDTech Influenza Real Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on Real Time PCR technology, single tube reaction designed for qualitative detection and differentiation of H1N1, influenza A & influenza B virus specific RNA by targeting HA gene, N gene & M gene respectively. The human RNaseP gene serves as an internal control. Cy5, FAM, TexasRd & HEX based flurophore detection makes our kit compatible with commonly available PCR detection platforms.
