AL191 Minimum Essential Medium contains Earle's salts. It does not contain non-essential amino acids, L-glutamine and sodium bicarbonate. The medium is specially designed by Harry Eagle to meet the specific nutritional requirements of certain subtypes of HeLa cells and normal mammalian fibroblasts.

Specifications: AL191 Minimum Essential Medium is a Yellow to orange colored, clear solution with in a PH range of 4.70 -5.30. Store at 2-8C away from bright light. Shelf life is 18 months. Each pack contains 500 ml of cell culture media.
