Molybdenum disulphide is a high-grade reagent supplied by Research Lab Fine Chem Industries. It is an inorganic compound composed of molybdenum and sulphur, available in the form of a dark grey powdered solid. Molybdenum disulphide is stable if stored as per the recommended conditions suitable for this metal. If exposed to excessive heat or flame it can generate hazardous decomposition products like sulphur oxides, sulphides and heavy metal oxides.
