Mupirocin-SD293E-5CT is referred as Mupirocin (MUP) 200 mcg disc under Hi Media catalogue. Each pack of Mupirocin-SD293E-5CT contains 5 X 50 discs in blister pack. Mupirocin discs are used for antimicrobial susceptibilty test of bacteria using Bauer-Kirby Method. The cultural response can be obeserved after incubating the standard culture at 35-37C for 18 hrs.

Storage and shelf life: It is advised to store the discs always at 2 to8C after opening. The disc loses its stability at higher temperature (45C).
