nCircle Hydrophobic Barrier marker enables manual drawing of hydrophobic barrier on a glass slide for immunohistochemical and other staining protocols. Barriers can be created by drawing a boundary around a tissue or cell sample on the glass slide.

This prevents the overflow of reagents beyond the required area, thereby minimizing the usage of precious staining reagents. nCircle Hydrophobic Barrier Marker has an NON-TOXIC formulation which can hold buffers with surfactants including Tween, Triton x and also ethanolic/methanolic stains with upto 20% alcohol. The barrier can be removed by acetone and xylene. nCircle hydrophobic barrier marker can draw > 3000 circles.
