PBS with Tween-20 Solution is widely used in biological research. The reagent is Clear Solution. It contains monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate and tween-20. This solution contains preservative components.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For 1X solution, dilute required amount at 1:20 ratio in ultra pure water. To make 1 liter of 1X solution, take 50 ml. of PBS with Tween-20 Solution (20X) and make up the volume upto 1 liter with ultra pure water.
