Tarsons non-skirted PCR microwell plate is made of Polypropylene (PP). Low profile plates have shorter wells compared to standard profile plates, this decreases the 'dead space' between the heated lid of the thermal cycler and the sample. As a result, condensation is eliminated on the side wall of the tube, preventing reduction in PCR volume and increasing the efficiency of the reaction. Durability is guaranteed as Polypropylene is used for the construction of plates that are subjected to a wide range of temperatures, such as storage at -80 °C and thermal cycling. It has excellent properties for the long-term storage of novel chemical compounds.
