PCR purification Kit-TPPK-50 is supplied by Transiom Genomics. PCR purification kits are specially designed for rapid purification of single-stranded/ double-stranded PCR amplification products from other components in the reactions, like excess primers, nucleotides, DNA polymerase, oil and salts. Transiom PCR Purification kit is perfectly suited for purification of PCR amplicons. It is a convenient method to remove primer dimers. DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 20 kb are purified using the mini column with recovery over 80-90 %. DNA is bound to the column while proteins and other impurities are removed by wash buffer, thereby purifying it. The purified DNA or PCR product can then be subjected to downstream applications like endonuclease digestion, thermal cycle amplification, and hybridization techniques. This kit contains:

All of the above components can be stored at room temperature. Materials required but not provided include, tabletop microcentrifuge, 1.5 ml microtubes, 55-60 C water bath and 96~100% ethanol.
