Aura's PFU Fast DNA Polymerase (250 Units) is a fast and high fidelity DNA polymerase. This enzyme is made by the fusion of a special protein based on common Pfu DNA polymerase through the protein molecular modification technology. PFU FAST DNA Polymerase guarantees the high fidelity and at the same time the extending speed is upgraded to 3-4 kb/min in PCR process, which is 4-8 times that of ordinary Pfu DNA polymerase. It does not exhibit nucleotidyl terminal transferase activity, so its amplification products can be directly used for cloning in blunt-ended vectors. This PFU FAST DNA Polymerase is supplied with a 10x buffer that provides a final concentration of 15mM MgCl2 and the concentration is 5 unit/l. It should be stored at -20C for long term use and activity of an enzyme. Avoid frequent freeze and thaw to maintain the stability of polymerase.
