Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) media with sodium bicarbonate and without L-glutamine is supplied by HiMedia. It is available in the form of an orangish red coloured clear solution which has a pH in the range of 7.0 to 7.6 and an osmolality between 290.00 -330.00 Osm/Kg H20. It is advisable to store this product between 2-8⁰C. Media composition (in mg/L) is as follows:
