R0492 is referred as TopVision Agarose under Thermo Fisher Scientific catalogue. R0492 TopVision Agarose is used in Analytical electrophoresis of nucleic acids, preparative electrophoresis and blotting assays. It gives optimal concentration between 0.7 to 2% in all typical buffer systems. TopVision Agarose is GQ (Genetic Quality) certified, assuring nucleic acids recovered from preparative gels can be used for downstream applications (enzymatic reactions, etc.) It is DNase and RNase free and offers excellent gel transparency. It is ideal for RNA analysis.
