Transpower PCR Premix-TPMX-100 is supplied by Transiom Genomics. A PCR PreMix is a lyophilized PCR master mix containing top DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, tracking dye, and a stabilizer. These components are pre-aliquoted into 96 well plates and lyophilized. Each well already contains suitable amount of thermostable DNA polymerase, dNTPs, buffer and dye. Only the template DNA and primers need to added. Provided in a dried and stable format, they have a long shelf life. Kits are available for standard PCR, Hot Start PCR, Long Distance PCR, and High Fidelity PCR. Regardless of PCR requirements, these premix kits are convenient and more productive.
