In this bioBox, the student will learn how to find the optimum condition for yeast viability and confirm the same by either visualizing them under a microscope and/or by baking bread. This kit helps the students understand the process of activating yeast from its inactive state & confirm the same by visualizing their viability under microscope and also by baking bread and providing further evidence for yeast viability. The student would also learn the process of anaerobic fermentation.
