Elpho kit is a small electrophoresis-based system used in molecular biology experiments to perform Submarine electropgoresis. It involves running multiple two dimensional protein gels. The elpho kit contains electrophoresis tank as well as power supply. Using the kit one can make agarose gel and perform electrophoresis with a minimal amount of buffer. The system doesn't require a separate gel casting platform thus making the process easy. The system contains the following components - Electrophoresis tank, Power Supply, Acrylic comb, Comb stand, Connecting cord, Gel cutter, Gel remover, Gel Puncher, etc.
