GenoDTech Covid19 + MERS + Influenza real time PCR kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on Real Time PCR technology, three tube reaction designed for qualitative detection and differentiation of novel coronavirus (SARS Cov-2), Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) & Influenza A/B/H1N1 serotype specific RNA in nasopharyngeal, nasal & oropharyngeal swab samples. The human RNaseP gene serves as an internal control. The differential gene targets for Covid-19 (E & RdRp), MERS (upE & ORF1a) & Influenza (HA, N & M for H1N1/A/B serotype) with fluorescent detection dyes such as Cy5, FAM, TexasRd & HEX makes our kit highly specific, sensitive & compatible with commonly available PCR detection platforms.
