Quantum PCR Marker Medium Range of 50 ug is ready to use Marker of laboratory grade. It can be used as a reference during Gel Electrophoresis and other molecular biology applications. The marker contains the DNA bands obtained from restriction digestion of various bacterial species DNA after extraction. It contains a mixture of DNA fragments purified using chromatography. The fragments come in a wide range. The marker needs to be stored at -20 degree Celsius for longer period storage however for short term storage it can be stored at 4 degree Celsius.
