Taq Buffers are laboratory grade buffers for use in molecular biology experiments. They are ready-to-use buffers for PCR using Taq DNA Polymerases (both recombinant and native). Available in different compositions and also without detergents. The buffer contains Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25C) and 15 mM MgCl2 to maintain the stability and activity of Taq polymerase for a long period. Store the buffer at 4-degree Celsius for daily routine requirements or at - 20 degree Celsius for long term storage.
