Agarose Gel Electrophoresis Kit is a laboratory grade kit for molecular biology experiments. The kit contains items required for performing nucleic acid gel electrophoresis. The kit allows making approximately 25 gels which are high resolution and provide good pore size for easy movement of DNA fragments and their respective efficient separation. The kit agarose for making the gels, 50X TAE buffer to maintain the pH of gel thus providing an appropriate condition for fragments to migrate across it, 6X loading buffer to load the sample and thus easy visualization of fragments, Ethidium bromide as an intercalating agent. The kit contains sufficient reagents for performing 10 experiments.
