BeSureH Pylori Ab from Biogenix is a diagnostic kit. The product has the following properties:

This test is based on a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay.

It detects and differentiates both IgG and IgM antibody.

The test has a conjugate pad containing the Cag-A conjugated with colloidal gold and a control antibody conjugated with colloidal gold.

It also has a nitrocellulose membrane strip containing a test line(T line) and a control line (C line). The T line is pre-coated with non-conjugated H. pylori antigens, and the C line is pre-coated with a control line antibody.

The sample is dispensed into a sample well. It migrates due to capillary action.

In case of the presence of the antibody IgG, IgM or IgA, a burgundy colored T line is formed indicating a positive result.

It also contains an internal control C line which must develop a burgundy colour.
