Coomassie Gel Destainer is used in molecular biology experiments such as gel electrophoresis. After gel electrophoresis, the gels are destained using coomassie gel de-stainer. It helps in improving the sensitivity thus improving the visualization of stained protein bands on the gel. The de-stainer is available in 500ml volume and is ready to use. Store the de-stainer at room temperature for long term uses.
