TNT Buffer, is supplied by HiMedia. It is available in the form of a colourless solution. TNT Buffer is composed of 0.1M Tris-Cl (pH 7.5), 0.15M Sodium chloride and 0.05% Tween 20. It is advisable to store this product room temperature (15-25C).

TNT Buffer is widely used in molecular biology. It is a mixture of Tris-Cl, Sodium chloride and Tween-20. This solution is a sterile-filtered, pre-mixed solution. The relatively high salt concentration makes this buffer particularly well-suited for immunohistochemical staining methods that require very thorough washing and for several in situ hybridization procedures. TNT Buffer is used as a wash solution during Western blotting and several other immunological procedures.
