GenoDTech Malaria Real Time PCR kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on Real Time PCR technology, single tube reaction designed for qualitative detection and differentiation of Plasmodium spp. specific DNA, including the five human pathogenic species Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium malariae, Plasmodium ovale and Plasmodium knowlesi in blood & plasma samples. The kit is designed to detect the conserved region SSUrRNA with human RNaseP gene serving as an internal control.
