These cuvettes are tube-like containers made of plastic and can aid in measuring the absorbance, transmittance and fluorescence of the sample it is holding. The cap provided helps in preventing contamination from entering the sample within the cuvette. For general spectrophotometric applications, 10 mm light path is used, and a wavelength of 340-990 nm is ideal.
