AutoPure Cholesterol is a reagent kit for direct quantitative determination of total cholesterol in human serum and plasma on automated clinical chemistry analyzers. AutoPure Cholesterol is a readytouse, single liquid reagent system. With AutoPure Cholesterol, the assay is linear upto 1000 mg/dl (26 mmol/l}. AutoPure Cholesterol contains lipid clearing factor (LCF) in its formulation. The LCF clears the turbidity caused by lipemic sample and thus avoids overestimation of cholesterol.
