BHAT BIO-SCAN ANTI STREPTOLYSIN O LATEX SLIDE TEST KIT is supplied by BHAT BIO-TECH.It is a latex agglutination test for qualitative and semi quantitative in vitro determination of AntiStreptolysin O in human serum. is based on passive latex agglutination. Polystyrene latex particles are coated with purified and stabilized streptolysin O antigen. When these coated particles react with Anti-Streptolysin O (ASO), if present in the test sample, visible agglutination of latex particles occur. The reagents must be stored at 2 to 8C. The reagents must not be used beyond the expiry date mentioned on it. Before performing the test all the reagents must be brought to room temperature. The reagents must be replaced to 0 2 to 8C soon after performing the test. The reagents must not be freezed.
