Combi 84-OD276R-1PK is 8-in-one multi disc, referred to as an octo disc under HiMedia catalogue. It is designed for testing antimicrobial susceptibility of bacteria for 8 different antibiotics at a time. Each pack of -OD276R-1PKcontains 10 flat circular rings; each ring containing 8 equidistance arms at the periphery. At the end of the each arm, there is one antibiotic disc with 6mm diameter. Each disc is saturated with a different antibiotic and the concentration and symbol of the respective antibiotic printed on it. Each disc is at least 24mm apart from the other disc. Combi 84-OD276R-1PK octo discs are ideal to test Sputum & Respiratory Pathogenic Organisms.OD276R-1PK disc can fit on 90 mm media plates. Generally used on Mueller Hinton Agar (M173) plates.

Storage and shelf life: It is advised to store the discs always at -20C after opening. The disc loses its stability at higher temperature (45C).
