The Genetically Modified Organism Detection Teaching Kit is a simulation study which enables the user to simultaneously amplify more than one locus, in the same PCR reaction, representing a foreign DNA segment (Promoter, Gene, Marker or Terminator) in a GMO i.e. use multiplex PCR as a convenient and rapid screening assay for non-GMO and GMO sample. The kit contains reagents enough for 5 experiments such as -Taq DNA Polymerase, 10X Assay Buffer, dNTP Mix, Template DNA, Control DNA, Primer Set I, Primer Set II, Primer Set III, Nuclease-Free Water, StepUp 100 bp DNA Ladder (Ready to use), Gel Loading Buffer, Agarose, Mineral Oil, 50X TAE, PCR Vials and an Instruction Manual.
