The Aura Pure Viral RNA isolation kit - spin column based comes with reagents and spin columns to carry out 100 reactions. The protocol employs glass-fiber membrane technology to get the maximum yield of RNA in a short time with ease of operation. The buffer provided in the kit ensures effective binding of RNA to the glass-fiber membrane in the spin colum. The impurities on the membrane are washed away with 2 different wash buffers, and then high-purity RNA is eluted with a low-salt elution buffer or nuclease-free water. The entire procedure takes less than 15 minutes and the purified RNA can be directly used for PCR, RT-PCR or any downstream applications.The Aura Pure viral RNA Isolation kit can be used either manually or automated on standard liquid handling instruments.
