DNA Extraction Kit-Fungal-TFDK-50 is supplied by Transiom Genomics. The Fungal DNA Kit is a fast and simple method which can be used to isolate gDNA from Fungal samples. It consists of pulverizing the sample with liquid nitrogen followed by addition of Lysis buffer (TFL). The genomic DNA in the lysate binds to the silica column, in the presence of binding buffer with chaotropic salt. The DNA binds to the column while proteins and other impurities are removed by wash buffer.
